Delivery

Once we receive all the necessary information (order + payment), our team will process your order as quickly as possible.

For mainland France, packages are shipped via La Poste, and delivery takes 72 hours (for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday).

- Delivery to French overseas departments and territories: 5 to 7 days.

- International delivery: 5 to 8 days depending on the country. 

Your orders are delivered via Colissimo Suivi.

Once your package is picked up by La Poste, it will be delivered to your home within 72 hours (business days).
If you are not home, your mail carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Starting from the date indicated on this notice, you have 10 days to pick up your package with a valid ID.

If you do not pick up your package within 10 days, it will be returned to us.
